  1. I have been contacting Kucoin for almost a month, and every time that they answer is from 3 to 5 days of delay without trying to understand or solving my complain.

  2. I’m posting this because I recently wanted to make my first withdrawal from Kucoin. At first I was a little worried because I tried to do it from the app and it directed me to set up 2 factor authentication in order to withdraw. That’s fine but it would not send me the email I needed to set this up. After trying a few times, I actually came here to Trust Pilot to make sure I hadn’t made a big mistake in using this exchange… Based on the low rating here I got very worried…
However, I proceeded to try the withdrawal from my desktop computer instead of my phone. There I was able to request the required email to set up 2 factor authentication. Once I got that set up the withdrawal I wanted to make was not a problem at all. Within a few minutes I sent my Eth to another exchange where I was able to cash it out and send USD to my bank account. What a relief… I will continue to use Kucoin when needed, they do offer a lot of coins that are not always available on the main exchanges.

  3. I sent an email to support and they sent me a canned email once and never resolved the issue at all.
The customer support is very poor.
I guess they don’t care about their customers.
The fact that they have not responded at all to this Trustpilot review is proof of that.
What would happen in an emergency?
    Do not use this exchange.

  4. Despite having given full KYC, when I tried to withdraw all my money to a wallet which had been used at least twice before over 6 months previously, Kucoin again wanted full KYC. Then that wasn’t enough, they followed up with a demand to show a screen shot of the last deposit from the originating exchange. Finally, it took over a day to approve the pending withdrawal. I will never use Kucoin again.

  5. customer service takes ages to respond and does not take responsibility for it’s errors in service, I compare these people to scammers and thieves. Please use another exchange and not this sorry excuse of a business.

  6. Withdrawing has always be the most diffulty thing on here. I do be I don’t have a good sense of head, I could have loose all I have here. I will only advice those to use my head as I did, in order not to fall into their trap 🪤, rubbish.

  7. KuCoin is a Scam! It promises Mystery Boxes for registration and first deposit. But it’s deception. I registered and deposited money. I received 2 MB, but both of them disappeared. I have been writing to Support for 3 weeks and every time I only received automatically generated emails and my ticked got closed. I reoped it for 3 times and finnaly they answered that I’m not qualiffied. When I tried to find out why they continued answering you’re not qualified whithout any explanation. Also they proposed to try their other promotions. It’s ridiculous! You get their promotions and only after you did all steps you find out from their support team after 3 weeks that you’re not qualiffied. But why we get promotions which we are not quallified!

  8. It’s cheeky, what you’re asking for in fees, paid 70€ today, then double the amount of the fees charged was simply deducted and I transferred the money via the Bnb chain (which doesn’t cost 30cents!!!) and in the end for this small one Application was deducted a total of 6 €. That’s sad!

  9. when making a transaction, the exchange had to freeze the seller’s asset. I transferred money to him, then he wanted to cancel, I indicate “cancel and return”. the fraudster did not return the money and the exchange does not return the frozen collateral asset. and says to ask (!) The scammer to return the money. it’s just some kind of horror. I am a merchant of this exchange, the exchange promotes fraud, be careful!! I did not receive the money and the collateral crypt either. And the support service does not answer anything other than “talk to a scammer”
