Stepping into this notary’s office felt like entering a dimension where the laws of logic had been suspended, replaced by the capricious whims of inefficiency, incompetence, unprofessionalism, and errors. It was as if I had unwittingly crossed into a realm where the mundane had transformed into something extraordinary in its ability to confound and perplex.
Adding to the dissatisfaction was the consistently unhappy and unfriendly demeanor of the notary. The negative and unwelcoming atmosphere during our meeting was palpable. It’s disheartening to expect a certain level of professionalism only to encounter a notary whose attitude falls far short of the mark. The overall experience left me questioning the basic tenets of customer service.
