The notary didn’t provide any help in resolving my issue. They didn’t offer any alternative options and simply refused to answer my questions. A lack of assistance and refusal to address concerns is a clear breach of the service expectations, leaving clients stranded and frustrated.
Using this notary’s services felt like attempting to decipher hieroglyphics without a Rosetta Stone, a perplexing endeavor filled with inefficiency, incompetence, unprofessionalism, and a multitude of errors that left me feeling like an unwitting archaeologist in a cryptic labyrinth, searching for meaning amidst the chaos.
